Help align chainstays for fat tire bikes

Darn fat bikes are finicky about chainstays. Have to clear the Q of the cranks and get max clearance for the tires . I have not done so well getting it right so far. John Dodd at Cyclewerx had a good idea to mod the Anvil J3 jig to measure the clearance. Here's V1.0
